EXPERT FINDER APP

The app is available for experts in the food safety domain who would like to enhance networking, exchange of knowledge, connect with peers and enter into a high-level community of experts. The FS4EU Expert Finder app helps institutions, EU and national Agencies, Food Safety Authorities, industry, SMEs and associations to easily find experts in the wide panorama of food safety. The FS4EU team warmly encourage professionals to register and highlight their experiences, projects and main reports/publications that can help the Food Safety System of the future to be more inclusive and connected.

TOPIC POOL APP

Topic Pool app allows searching through FS4EU updates, articles, glossaries, policies, strategies and debates, funding opportunities, practices & innovative solutions, reports & scientific publications, and videos. All materials are tagged with tags – also used in Expert and Project Finder apps – which can classify materials according to Topic of Expertise, Food Groups, and Chemical Substances.


HUMHUB

This app is a collaborative workspace organized in several areas, used to improve interaction and communication among the platform members. The registered users can have an overview and fast access to the most important information (dashboard), know, share ideas, comments and monitor communications at a glance (activity stream), organize spaces, have a social interaction (follow, like, comment, notification) with users and groups also organized in a sorted way (directory), schedule events, online meetings (calendar, agenda, Jiitsi meet), organize documents, media files and related discussion (files), discuss/work together by assigning tasks and deadlines to target members (tasks), co-write documents (Wiki tool).


RISK ASSESSMENT TOOL

The toolkit developed in the FS4EU project aims at giving to any food scientist, student or other stakeholders the opportunity to gain a basic insight into the steps of a chemical risk assessment. It comprises two Microsoft Excel® files and a detailed, yet simple manual, which collectively offer an opportunity to gain essential insights into the risk assessment process.
